Dina Segal

Dina is an experienced attorney with a diversified background in corporate law, tax, and litigation.  She is currently Assistant General Counsel at Intuit Inc., leading legal support of key product launches and company initiatives.  Prior to Intuit, Dina was Deputy General Counsel of Renovate America, Inc. a leading energy efficiency financing company headquartered in San Diego. Dina was previously an Associate at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP where she worked in the corporate transactions group on M&A, commercial real estate, joint ventures and other commercial transactions and began her career at Winston & Strawn LLP, where she was a tax and litigation associate working on antitrust, international arbitration, municipal bankruptcy and tax matters.  Dina is recognized as a top 40 under 40 business leader by the San Diego Business Journal.  Dina enjoys participating in speaking engagements, traveling, reading, and spending time with her three kids.

Karla Pinckes

Karla Pinckes, Esq. is a strategic and agile leader and lawyer with extensive in-house experience in a wide range of legal and non-legal areas, including securities, technology, ESG, privacy, e-commerce, IP protection, brand, marketing (social media & influencers), competition & claims, licensing, compliance and regulatory (FCPA, OFAC, AML, COI), complex commercial transactions, land use development as well as operations, talent acquisition and development. She is currently Senior Director, Corporate Legal & Securities at Viavi Solutions, Inc. where she provides corporate legal, securities and ESG support and guidance. Prior to joining Viavi, Karla served as General Counsel of Blockchains Inc. where she led the legal department and participated cross-functionally to help launch a self-sovereign identity application. Prior to that she served as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary for WD-40 Company and Corporate Counsel for The Ken Blanchard Companies. She began her career working for various civil litigation firms in San Diego, California. She is Co-President and on the Board of Directors of SunLaw, Inc. She is also on the Board of Directors of Girls Inc. and serves as an Advisor for Miracle Babies. She has served on the Board of Directors of the San Diego New Children’s Museum. She was nominated for the 2018 Athena Pinnacle Awards for Technology and the recipient of the 2016 Women in Wealth Award for Transactions Attorney of the Year by Wealth and Finance International. She is an advocate for diversity, inclusion, and equity and has a passion for leadership, learning, and the law. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, running and helping build community with other advocates for change.


Alexa Zanolli

Alexa works as Associate General Counsel at a publicly traded healthcare staffing and workforce solutions company where she oversees Strategic Transactions, Privacy, as well as AMN’s Workforce Technology and Staffing Solutions businesses. Prior to coming in-house, Alexa litigated at two AM Law 100 firms, worked for the Department of Homeland Security, and also served as a staff attorney for three federal judges. Alexa is passionate about mentoring and sponsoring other women lawyers, eliminating the gender pay gap, and all things health and wellness.


Rose Bowlus

Rose is an Attorney with Rose Bowlus Law specializing in Commodities, Securities and Financial Services. She advises businesses of all sizes and sophistications ranging from early stage start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Rose also serves as Outside General Counsel for two emerging energy tech and renewables ventures. Previous to establishing her own law firm, Rose was in-house counsel for several of the nation’s largest financial institutions and energy companies across the U.S. Most recently, she served as Acting General Counsel for Calpine Energy Solutions, LLC in San Diego. Rose frequently speaks at various industry and professional events covering cutting-edge corporate, legal and ethics issues. She also serves in multiple leadership roles within organizations that promote diversity and gender equality, such as 2020 Women on Boards and Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy. Rose enjoys dedicating her free time to volunteering at leadership and confidence building events for women and mentoring young entrepreneurs.
