Oksana has over ten years’ extensive experience in business, corporate, transactional and commercial law. She currently serves as Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary for AirFuel Alliance, a global industry organization whose mission is to promote the wireless charging technology. Previously, Oksana has served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the WiMAX Forum, and has also practiced as an Associate and Contract Attorney in the business, technology, and corporate law group of Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP. Oksana serves on the Board of Directors of the ACC San Diego Chapter. Oksana is a recipient of the 2016 General Counsel Award from the San Diego Business Journal General Counsel Awards in 2016.
Rebecca is the director of corporate legal at NuVasive, Inc., where she works creatively with her business partners to achieve their goals of developing and commercializing innovative healthcare products. Prior to joining NuVasive, Rebecca worked at Cooley LLP, where she represented public and private life sciences companies in a wide range of securities, corporate and commercial matters. Rebecca is passionate about connecting women in the community and helping them achieve success in the corporate world. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys cooking, skiing and spending time at the beach in sunny San Diego.
Dina B. Segal
Dina is an experienced attorney with a diversified background in corporate law, tax, and litigation. She is currently Associate General Counsel of Renovate America, a leading energy efficiency financing company headquartered in San Diego. Prior to Renovate, Dina was an Associate at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP where she worked in the corporate transactions group on M&A, commercial real estate, joint ventures and other commercial transactions. Dina began her career at Winston & Strawn LLP, where she was a tax and litigation associate working on antitrust, international arbitration, municipal bankruptcy and tax matters. Dina currently serves on a committee of the ACC and is a board member of a fast-growing San Diego-based biotechnology company. Dina enjoys participating in speaking engagements, traveling, reading, and spending time with her two sons.
Liliya is the Assistant General Counsel of People & Culture at Renovate America, the nation’s leading property assessed clean energy (PACE) financing provider. Prior to Renovate America, Liliya was an Associate at Littler Mendelson, P.C. and Gordon & Rees, LLP, where she represented companies in a broad range of employment matters and had extensive trial experience in state and federal court. Liliya is passionate about employment law and enjoys working closely with business leaders to provide practical advice and identify creative solutions on a wide array of cutting edge employment issues. In her free time, Liliya enjoys visiting the beach, parks, and restaurants with family and friends in her coastal hometown of Encinitas.
